Our Quality commitment

    The perception of the service we provide is more than ever a determining factor in ensuring the future of ONET SECURITY, and each dissatisfaction is a chance for our competitors to poach a client sooner or later.

    At the same time, mastering work-related risks is fundamental to guaranteeing our clients the quality of our service and to best satisfy our desire not to have to regret a work accident.

    That is why I am committed each year to defining and attributing the necessary means to apply a "Quality-Security-Environment" policy and objectives inspired by the ONET Group's determination, able to meet our clients' needs.

    This policy is the result of the experience of the last years (accidents, incidents, technical errors…), laws, regulations and the needs of our clients and partners.

    Taken together, these dispositions show the determination of our company to improve its whole organisation to give the best possible service to its main beneficiaries:

NF Service accreditation, a mark of credibility

NF Service accreditation, a mark of credibility

We have had NF accreditation since 1999. This means that every 18 months:

  • AFNOR, an independent organisation, undertakes a thorough audit of the organisation and quality of our services provided,
  • A satisfaction survey is carried out with our clients.

The requirements of the NF SERVICE referencing concern the following points:

 

Definition of our commercial proposal

  • Making sure needs are taken into account.
  • Making sure we have the means to undertake the mission in terms of material, skills required, and the organisational set-up.
  • Making sure the proposal contains all items necessary for clear decision-making.

Preparation for implementing our services

  • Making sure implementation follows clearly established procedures taking into account the customer needs expressed in the proposal.
  • Making sure legal obligations are respected.
  • Making sure client/provider interlocutors are clearly identified.
  • Making sure equipment and means of access are considered and identified.

Respect for instructions

  • Showing our ability to draft or update instructions and ensure their distribution in the field.
  • Making sure agents understand the mission to be undertaken.
  • Making sure the mission is carried out effectively, via regular checks.

Training of our staff

  • Showing our ability to respect client specifications and legal obligations.
  • Showing our ability to respect possible validity issues.

Customer satisfaction management

  • Regularly making sure the client is satisfied with services given.
  • Adapting application instructions as often as necessary, including security equipment according to needs.
  • Proposing all improvements in security equipment.

The advantages of this accreditation are as follows:

  • It is a true mark of credibility, which means our clients can trust us based on objective, precise criteria.
  • It also means we can protect clients. In fact, if the accrediting organisation notes that a service is unsatisfactory (after litigation, for example, a check or and audit), the accreditation is withdrawn from the company concerned.
Specific risks, SEVESO and MASE accreditations

Specific risks, SEVESO and MASE accreditations

These are dispositions aimed at reinforcing security at work.

MASE: a series of requirements determined by clients working in the chemical, petrochemical and oil industries. These requirements aim to improve security results for external subcontractors working on industrial sites.

DT 78 (or SEVESO): These dispositions came out of an agreement on the improvement of security of the 4th July 2004, signed by the UIC (Union of Chemical Industries) and 4 worker organisations. They concern, in particular, external subcontractors.

This has a bearing on the following points:

  • Management commitment in the process of improving security and accident prevention,
  • The competence and professional qualification of company employees,
  • Work preparation and organisation dealing with all means to implement to avoid improvisation and non-preparation of work,
  • System efficiency through assessment,
  • Follow-up and permanent commitment for the continuous and sustainable improvement of security.
