 The Human Resources function within ONET SECURITY
- Centralised at Head Office, our Division's HR function's main aim is to allow all staff members in the network to benefit from legal and social support and standardised procedures.

Welcoming new members of staff
- Before starting work in the agencies, executive staff members are invited to spend a week integrating the central departments of the Division.
- During this integration process, and whatever their future function may be, they are informed about every aspect of the company (management, quality, social/HR, planning, sales, general policies…).
They are also trained regarding all tools used in-house.
