  • Part of the Development Department:
    • Produces technical and financial proposal.
    • Coordinates and steers the actions of all players in each business case (operation, Divisional supports…).

Security Consultant

  • Leads and keeps the Security System alive (instrument panels, indicators, capitalisation of knowledge and good practice).
  • Uses data relevant to security.
  • Takes charge of security audits.
  • Takes part in producing and validating methods and tools as well as the Division's Security Policy.

Agency Manager

  • Makes sure objectives set by General Management.
  • Sets objectives for his area in line with directions from General Management.
  • Leads and monitors managerial staff to reach them.
  • Establishes the organisation, ensures the coherence, good working and administrative management of his profit centre.
  • Ensures social management by making sure a stable social climate is maintained.
  • Makes sure all legal, contractual and social rules and regulations are correctly applied.
  • Manages and develops the customer portfolio.

Scheduler

  • Determines timetables (or schedules) and validates provisional schedules drawn up by others.
  • Ensures all computer entries regarding clients in the professional tool to ensure standardised invoicing.
  • Ensures all computer entries regarding agents to ensure standardised pay.
  • Audits schedules continuously to note and anticipate any anomalies and provides solutions.
  • Collaborates with the administrative team to monitor pay and invoicing.
  • Watches over recruitment needs and takes part in interviews of the resource bank.
